1/8” Thick are used help with achieving a plumb Cantilever Rack System. Concrete floors are often uneven making it very difficult to get the cantilever towers plumb which is necessary in achieving their engineered capacities and overall functionality. These shims work under the towers and bases. We recommend 2 shims for each cantilever base in your system. If you have very uneven floors we recommend 4 per base
