1st Shift Welder
Summary
We are seeking eager, energetic Welders to join our team. This full-time position offers a starting pay of $20.00 per hour, along with opportunities to earn monthly production, safety, and attendance bonuses. The position involves ensuring quality control, maintaining a clean workspace, and adhering to all safety requirements.
Our standard hours of operation are Monday – Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm. Expected hours: 40 per week.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Weld pallet and cantilever racking materials according to project specifications.
- Provide quality control support to ensure all manufactured parts meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Comply with all company Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, including wearing steel-toe boots/shoes.
- Follow company safety guidelines and contribute to a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control standards.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and adhere to all safety protocols.
Work / Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry steel parts weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform welding tasks for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, and varying temperatures.
- Steel-toe boots/shoes are required; other PPE will be provided.
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week.
