Availability of used equipment:
Used-Palletrack.com’s used equipment is always quoted subject to prior sale. Our inventory of used equipment can and typically does change daily. To insure availability we can put your equipment on a 48 hours hold following the receipt of a signed order.
Condition of Equipment:
Our used equipment is rated on a scaled from 1-10. 10 being new. Every attempt is made to thoroughly and accurately describe our used equipment’s condition prior to the sale. Our customers are given every opportunity to view any of our used and new material in person. In addition, clear pictures will be forwarded to our clients showing the condition of all material to be purchased from Used-Palletrack.com.
Returns:
Used-Palletrack.com offers a 10 day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your material within 10 days of receipt, the material can be returned. If due to no fault of Used-Palletrack.com the customer desires to return their material, they will be required to incur any and all freight costs associated with the return. In most cases there will be a 25% restocking fee for the return of material/equipment. Returns will be accepted ONLY with prior written authorization. All orders refused at customer’s door will be subject to a 25% restocking charge plus labor, mileage, and freight costs incurred.

Past Due balances:
All past due balances are subject to a monthly finance charge of 1.5%. Customer is responsible for all cost of collection including attorney’s fees. It is understood and agreed that the construction and interpretation of our “Policies” shall at all times and in all respects be governed by the internal laws of the State of Indiana, without giving effect to the conflict of laws provisions thereof. Venue of any action brought to enforce or relating to these policies shall be in a court in Marion County, Indiana
